Landon Miller
Owner
As a lifelong native of Piney Flats Tennessee. Landon has been an avid boater and water sports enthusiast while growing up on Boone and Watauga Lake. He started working on and restoring cars and boats in middle school, now has turned that hobby & joy into a career. Graduated from ETSU in 2004 with a BBA and started selling boats for another dealership in 2007 until 2011. Started managing Rockingham Marina and Boat Club in 2012 and founded the Rockingham Marine Dealership and service department in 2013. Landon absolutely loves being a part of selling quality boats to families and friends to make memories for years to come.

It is not about what you know, it's about who you know. That is exactly what brought Jeremy to Rockingham Marine in 2020 after our GM asked him to join the team about 3 times. With very little knowledge about the boating industry this was a big change, but it didn't take long to realized that this was his passion. Two things he likes is helping people and having fun and now he gets to help people have fun and get them into their dream boat. As he continues to learn more and more about the marine industry, he loves sharing his knowledge with customers and others through our YouTube platform. Russ joined Rockingham Marine in 2022. His whole career has been based on management and customer service. From managing large retail establishments, owning his own business, Territory manager in the food service equipment industry to now selling high quality flotation vessels “BOATS” customer service is the number one priority. He Enjoys outdoor activities, such as Motorcycling, Hiking and Boating. He is Professional, honest, and easy to work with, Russ will make your boat buying experience here at Rockingham Marine smooth and comfortable.

Finance Manager
Natalie joined the Rockingham team in May of 2022 as the Business Finance Manager. She is the point of contact for all the banks we partner with in order to get our customers the best financing available and handles all the sales paperwork to get you out on the water in your new boat as quickly as possible. Natalie grew up in Knoxville, TN and moved to Johnson City where obtained her Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from East Tennessee State University in 2002. In 2015, she continued her education and earned her Masters in Business Administration from King University. Natalie resides in Johnson City with her husband Erik, her two daughters, Bailey and Isabelle and her dog, Eclipse. In her spare time, you will find Natalie with her family or at the gym.

Fixed Operations Manager
Contact: Adam@rockinghammarine.com - Adam joined Rockingham Marine in early 2022, bringing a strong foundation in technical expertise, leadership, and customer service. Prior to entering the marine industry, he served as a Senior Master Technician at Subaru, where he developed a reputation for problem-solving, precision, and operational excellence. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and is currently pursuing a degree in accounting. As Fixed Operations Manager for both Rockingham Marine’s Johnson City and Lakeshore locations, Adam oversees service, parts, and warranty operations with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Outside of work, Adam enjoys gardening, fly fishing, and working on watches. He is also a dedicated advocate for Down syndrome and cerebral palsy awareness, reflecting his commitment to causes that make a meaningful impact beyond the workplace.

Lance is a East Tennessee native and joined our team in 2022. Lance has been a hard-working boat technician for 30 years in the marine industry. He has completed MMI in Orlando, FL with proficiency in Mercury, Suzuki, Yamaha & Volvo Penta. He has passion for making sure the job is done right! Lance is an outdoorsman who loves to boat, bike, hike and ski.

He takes pride in providing honest, friendly service and helping create a great experience for every customer. Outside of work, Colten enjoys spending time on the lake and making the most of summer activities. His enthusiasm for the boating lifestyle and his connection to the community make him a valued member of the Rockingham Marine team.
